Frequently asked questions

I just ordered, when can i expect it?2026-05-15T20:26:10+00:00

Although we are dependent on the delivery services of third parties, our usual delivery times are:

  • Within the Netherlands: delivery within 2/4 business days.
  • Within the EU: delivery within 2/6 business days.
  • Outside the EU: delivery within 4/6 business days.

Should we — for whatever reason — be unable to meet these delivery times, we will always contact you.

Can i exchange goods from my order?2026-05-15T20:24:12+00:00

By law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
This means that you must return goods within 14 days if they do not meet your expectations.

You can only return unused, unopened products whose seals and/or packaging are undamaged.

Opened products can only be returned if the product causes an unwanted (allergic) reaction after use.
In that case, you must notify us and return the product within 1 week. Opened products will only be reimbursed with a voucher for our webshop to the value of the purchase price of the returned product.

Any shipping costs are at your own expense.

You can place an order by adding a product of your choice from the SHOP to your SHOPPING CART (by double-clicking on it).

After adding a product to your shopping cart, you can proceed to CHECKOUT or continue shopping (to add more products to your cart if desired).

At checkout, you are required to enter at least your address details (for payment & delivery). If you wish to specify a different delivery address (other than the billing address), that is possible. If the billing address and delivery address are the same, please UNCHECK “Ship to a different address”.

If you are ordering from our (new) webshop for the first time, you have the option to create an account.
We recommend that you do so.
This way, you will not need to re-enter all your details for any future orders, and you will have access to your order history.

Sure you can: even better!

To do so, please enter your own (address) details under the Billing Address at checkout. For the shipping address, enter the address where the package should be delivered.

Please contact us if you would like the products to be gift wrapped!

Congratulations!
With a discount code, you are entitled to a discount on your order.
This can include (among other things):

  • a percentage discount on the total amount
  • a fixed amount discount
  • free shipping

At checkout, you can enter this code. The discount will then be deducted from the invoice total.
Please note:
Discount codes may have a limited validity and/or can only be used once. In all cases, you must enter the code EXACTLY as you received it. Please pay close attention to UPPERCASE letters, spaces, punctuation marks
